1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereafter “Terms”) apply to all orders and reservations made via a restaurant website provided by Restopage.eu.
1.2. Restopage only provides the technical platform.
The purchase or service contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective restaurant.
1.3. Use of the platform requires acceptance of these Terms.
2.1. Depending on the restaurant’s settings, customers may order food and drinks or make table reservations.
2.2. The configuration of these functions (e.g. pick-up times, delivery radius, payment methods, opening hours) is the sole responsibility of the restaurant.
3.1. Restopage.eu (operated by Virtuma UG) provides only the technical infrastructure.
3.2. Restopage / Virtuma is neither the provider nor the seller of any products or services offered by restaurants.
3.3. Prices, product information, allergens, additives, images, descriptions and availability are solely the responsibility of the restaurant.
4.1. Certain features may require user registration.
4.2. Users must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
4.3. Abuse (e.g. fake orders, false identities, system disruption) may result in account suspension.
5.1. By completing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to the restaurant.
5.2. The customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail.
This confirmation is technically sent by “Letzdine”, a brand of Virtuma UG.
5.3. The restaurant is responsible for accepting, fulfilling and ensuring the quality of the order.
6.1. Prices displayed on the restaurant’s website are determined by the restaurant.
6.2. Payments are processed exclusively via the methods activated by the restaurant.
6.3. The payment contract exists solely between the customer and the restaurant.
7.1. No right of withdrawal exists for perishable food items (according to EU regulation / §312g BGB).
7.2. Cancellations may only be accepted at the restaurant’s discretion.
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
8.2. Technical processes (e.g. email confirmations, push notifications) may be handled by Letzdine / Virtuma UG.
8.3. Details are provided in the restaurant’s privacy policy.
9.1. Restopage strives for high availability but cannot guarantee it.
9.2. Downtime may occur due to:
– server issues
– maintenance
– network outages
– third-party errors
9.3. Neither the restaurant nor Virtuma UG is liable for such technical disruptions.
10.1. The restaurant is solely responsible for:
– preparation of food
– quality
– accuracy of prices and information
– allergen/additive information
– opening and delivery times
10.2. Virtuma UG is liable only for its own technical services within the limits of applicable law.
10.3. Liability for undelivered emails, delays or technical errors is excluded.
11.1. Platform content (software, text, images, layouts) is protected by the copyright of Virtuma UG or its partners.
11.2. Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12.1. Virtuma UG may update these Terms at any time.
12.2. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
13.1. The applicable law is that of the country where the restaurant is located.
13.2. If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
